British study shows satisfaction with life and happiness increases with a vegetable-rich diet.

It is no news that a healthy, Mediterranean-style diet improves mental function and mood. Now that fact is confirmed by a Dartmouth University research study on 80,000 Brits.

To get the benefits, seven servings per day are the optimal amount as far as mood and outlook on life goes.
